2014 Tampa Bay Go Red Luncheon

A woman at your table will have a "heart" story. Someone in your row at the breakout session will have found a way to eat baked, not fried, for her whole family. That exercise and diet plan you've been looking for, the one that is actually doable? The woman next to you in line for coffee is going to tell you to forget diets, and become a BetterU. Join Us!

Go Red For Women is the American Heart Association's nationwide movement that celebrates the energy , passion and power of women to band together and wipe out heart disease - the No. 1 killer of women. The color red and the red dress have become linked with the ability all women have to improve their heart health and live stronger, longer lives.

The Go Red For Women Luncheon is a celebration of the power of women, bringing awareness to the issue of heart disease, creating a passionate call-to-action and generating funds to support education and research.

The 2014 event will host over 300 of Greater Tampa Bay's most prominent female leaders from the corporate, medical, educational and social communities to raise funds for education and meritorious research specific to women and heart disease.
